The Haryana government has announced that it will provide farmers a subsidy of 50% on agriculture spray pumps to farmers of the Schedule Caste communities. The SC scheme allows the farmer to register themselves on agriharyanacrm.com which is the website of Crop Residue Management of the Haryana government and claim the subsidy.

The Minister for Agriculture Jai Prakash Dalal said that the government has taken this step to help the farmers during the Kharif Season. Experts say that since farmers have faced losses due to the lockdown and with record production expected in this Kharif season the government is putting its weight behind the farmers.

To register for the scheme one has to visit the online portal agriharyanacrm.com and click on the link for the registration scheme after which they must provide details such as Aadhar Number, Application Registration Code, addresses and personal details. The applicant must also provide his bank details for the subsidy. Applicants must also submit caste certificates and domicile of the particular district.
