Intelligence Bureau (IB) has released an official notification inviting candidates/officials to fill up Assistant Security Officer (Gen), Assistant Central Intelligence Officer-l (ACIO) and various other positions on deputation/absorption basis.
Interested applicants can apply for the all posts within 60 days from the date of issuance of the notice. A total of 318 posts will be filled up through this recruitment drive.

Essential Education Qualification

Deputy Director/Tech: Applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE / BTech / B.Sc (Engg.) from a recognised university or institute.

Senior Accounts Officer: The candidates should have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university.

Junior Intelligence Officer-ll/Tech: Applicants should have passed Class XII with Maths and Physics with 2 years IT Course from a recognized Institution in Radio Technician, Electronics, and Electronics & Communication.

Senior Research Officer: The applicant must possess a master's degree in Economics or Statistics or Business Administration/ or Management or Commerce.

Security Officer (Tech): Should hold a degree in Electrical or Electronics or Communications Engineering or MSc in Physics /Chemistry.

Candidates/officers who fulfil the above-mentioned criterion of eligibility must submit their applications in a bio-data format to their employers, who will further forward the same along with relevant papers or documents to the Joint Deputy Director/G. Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, 35 S.P. Marg, Bapu Dham, New Delhi-110021.
The numbers of positions advertised are provisional and can change. Further, the official selected on deputation to IB will be entitled to a Special Security Allowance (20 per cent of Basic Pay) with other pay and allowances as permissible.
