Panel discussions, plenary talks, fireside chats, and presentations will all be part of the summit. A diverse range of Indian and international speakers from government, labour unions, industry (public and private), academia, and international organisations will share their perspectives and experiences.
The paper writing competition is being held as part of the summit. Its goal is to bring together various stakeholders to share their experiences and research on any aspect of Industrial Relations at any level, national or international.
It is open to everyone - industry, trade unions, academia, researchers, educators, and practitioners - to present and discuss the most recent trends, practical challenges encountered, and IR practises adopted.
AIOE will be hosting panel exhibitions where organisations can showcase their best IR practises. Details are attached for your convenience. The deadline for paper writing entries is February 15, 2023.
