FICCI is organizing the 2nd Edition of the National Conference on Food Ingredients on 29th June 2022 at FICCI Federation House, New Delhi (Mode: Hybrid), with an objective to provide a platform for all the stakeholders to discuss the Food ingredient Ecosystem, Ingredient’s role in health and wellness, Regulatory path, and emerging trends in Ingredient’s sector.
Any substance that is added to a food to achieve the desired effect is referred to as a food ingredient. Food additives, which are substances added to foods for specific technical and/or functional purposes during processing, storage, or packaging, are referred to as "food ingredients."
The National Conference has been envisaged to bring forth innovations in the Food ingredient domain by brands, entrepreneurs, and manufacturers in the food industry with an opportunity to seek critical insights of the rapid expansion, challenges, and market snapshot of the ingredients sector.
