The International Spice Conference is to be held by the All India Spices Exporters Forum in the City of Pearls, the capital of Telangana from January 28 to 31. The theme for the conference is ‘Challenges of Change, Redefining the Value Chain’.
With the boundaries of the nation’s steadily fading, the cultures of the world gradually merging and the flavors constantly evolving, the global spices industry is faced with the challenge of meeting continuously changing consumer needs.
