Lumpy Skin Disease
Lumpy skin disease is a viral disease that occurs in cows and buffaloes. The disease causes lumps on the body, especially around the head, neck, and genitals. This virus is easily transmitted by blood-sucking insects such as mosquitoes and flies. It is also spread through contaminated water, saliva, and feed. The main symptom of this disease is High fever (104-106 degree Celsius), a lump of 4-6 mm on the skin, watery nose, reduced milk, and loss of appetite in the animal.
