Creating a daily schedule or a road map for using your devices can be an effective way of reducing your screen time.
Set a physical alarm on your devices as a reminder to yourself.
Set a timeout on your apps so that the screen limit of the app is reached, it closes and can help you to force and remind yourself to actually get away from the device.
Indulge yourself in playing a sport or some kind of physical hobby.
Remove unnecessary applications from your phone. Take some time to identify the apps that are not important and have longer consumption.
Eating your meals without a screen can be an effective way of reducing your screen time.
Find a substitute for the screen. For example reading, sports, cooking etc.
