Millet cakeS

Pour the millet flour through a sieve.

In a bowl, combine the sugar and jaggery.

Add vanilla essence and baking powder.

Add some flour and milk to the mixture. This is the wet mixture

Gently blend and then add baking soda to 1/2 tsp of water in a bowl

Pour the cake batter into the greased cake pan or a muffin tray.

Use a toothpick to inspect the cake and make sure it comes out clean. Put it in the oven for a few minutes if it is dirty
