Craving Healthy Snacks? Try Millet Momo

Knead ragi flour, whole wheat four and salt to make a smooth dough

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes

Heat oil and stir-fry your preference of peppers and mushrooms

Add the remaining vegetables along with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper

Place a spoon full of this vegetable mix in the centre of the rolled dough portion

Bring together the edges of the dough with a pinching and folding motion on one side and bring the other side to hold to the pinched side

Repeat the steps and you’ll end up with a frilled look 

Prepare a steamer with boiling water. To keep the momos from sticking, lightly oil the steamer pan

Place the shaped momos on the greased steamer pan and steam it for 5-7 minutes 

You will notice that the colour has changed and the healthy momos are ready to be consumed with your preference of dip
