Building people's and communities' resilience is thus critical to combating poverty. Poor people do not have enough assets to give them the resilience to bounce back and recover from setbacks in the present and future.
The emphasis is on improving social protection and access to essential services for the poor and most vulnerable to ensure an inclusive recovery in which no one is left behind. The isolation of socioeconomic, climate change, and biodiversity challenges is likely less effective than a coordinated response to their interacting effects.
The FICCI CSR Summit and Awards 2022 will be held on December 12, 2022, at FICCI Federation House Tansen Marg, New Delhi, from 9:30 a.m. onwards, with the objectives of understanding, sharing, exchanging, and learning ways to create resilient communities that not only focus on socio-economic aspects but also climate change. The Summit will conclude with the presentation of the 20th edition of the FICCI CSR Awards.
Along with the summit and awards ceremony, we will host an exhibition for innovators, corporations, and civil body organizations to showcase their best practices and innovations to CSR leaders, CxOs, and CSR practitioners on this platform.
