The exhibition will highlight the potential of the region in agriculture, horticulture, food processing, livestock, rural development, infrastructure, energy, social and development sectors and Make in North East & Made in North East. A large scale participation from leading industries and various central ministries and institutions is expected.
The industries would display the latest products & technologies and discuss new ventures. Large, medium and small companies of the region and also the State Governments would exhibit their programs, schemes and offerings.VNE 2022 will be executed jointly by the Centre for Agriculture and Rural Development (CARD) and Indian Chamber of Food and Agriculture (ICFA).
CARD is an autonomous body, registered under the Societies Act 1860, which is engaged in knowledge-based activities in agriculture and sustainable rural development throughout the country in collaboration with the industry, various Central Ministries and state Governments since the year 2000.ICFA is the apex body in India, working on business, policy and development agenda and serving as a Global platform for trade facilitation, partnership, technology and agribusiness services towards empowering Indian Farmers.
A large number of top companies, Institutions and Government Ministries have been regularly participating in the events organized by CARD & ICFA. Therefore, we expect a similar kind of participation in this event also by various bodies.
