The Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India (PMFAI) hosted the 2-day 17th International Crop-Science Conference & Expo in Dubai, UAE. Delegates and leading agrochemical companies visited the 2-day international event which is being manifested as India's 'biggest agri inputs trade show'.
The first day of the event began with a conference, followed by a series of seminars to educate attendees on new product releases and the evolution of the agrochemical industry.
The PMFAI also signed an MoU with representatives of the Russian Union of Manufacturers at the occasion.
The event is significant for people who are directly or indirectly involved in the agrochemicals business.
The event ended with an award ceremony called “PMFAI-SML Annual Awards 2023” where leading agro-chem companies were rewarded for their outstanding efforts in boosting the agro-chem industry.
Among many other achievers of the night, Insecticides (India) Limited (IIL) bagged the "Successful Company of the Era" award which is a great achievement and recognition of the company's commitment to providing quality crop care products and solutions to farmers. This award is a testament to the company's dedication to excellence and its positive impact on the farming community.
Along with this, the Managing Director of Insecticides (India) Limited, Rajesh Aggarwal was bestowed with the prestigious ‘Leader of the Year – Agrochemicals’ award at the ceremony. Under his able leadership, IIL has continued to grow since its inception.
