  • Due to shortage of staff the company has posted a job advertisement.

  • The selected candidates will get 30 pounds i.e. Rs 3,000 per hour.

  • This means that, if an employee is working for 8 hours a day & 5 days a week, then he can make up to 12 hundred pounds.

  • This is equal to 48 hundred pounds in a month or 62 thousand 400 pounds annually i.e. your annual salary will be about 63 lakh rupees.

  • In two separate advertisements, the company has said that it needs field operatives to pluck the cabbage & broccoli.

  • Under this, according to the number of cabbage & broccoli that will be broken, money will be given. 

  • Apart from that, wages for doing overtime will also be given separately.

  • The company says that there is a staff crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the Brexit agreement.

  • New restrictions have been imposed on migrant laborers due to the situation of Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit.
