Downloading of call letters for examination - 10 days prior to the date of exam
Online Pre-recruitment training for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates - 10 days prior to the date of exam

Emoluments/salary of Management Trainees
The selected candidates will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs. 60,000 per month for the one year of training.
Education Qualification of MT
Candidate must have a degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry or Management/Statistics/HR/Others with 60 percent marks. For candidates belonging to SC/ST category it will be 55 percent marks. Educational qualification must be from a University/ Board/ Institution recognized by Govt. of India.
Age (as on 01.01.2023) – The minimum age of candidates should be 21 years and maximum age must be 30 years.
AIC exam pattern
The candidates have to appear for Online Examination (Objective & Descriptive) of total 150 marks of 2 and half hours. The minimum qualifying marks in online exam is 60 percent for General, OBC & EWS while 55 percent for SC/ST.
Test of Reasoning Objective - 35 questions of 35 marks
Test of English Language Objective – 30 questions of 30 marks
Test of General Awareness Objective - 20 questions of 20 marks
Test of Quantitative aptitude & Computer Literacy Objective - 30 questions of 30 marks
Descriptive English Test (Essay, precis and comprehension) – 3 questions of 35 marks

Selection of candidates will be based on the performance in online test and interview.
