Diversity in the workplace is widely recognized as an important determinant of business success. Men and women will inevitably have different experiences and backgrounds, which will shape their business approach. Challenging one another and working with people who think differently can foster creativity and promote innovative ideas that propel organizations forward.

Every year on March 8th, we celebrate International Women's Day to recognize women's accomplishments and contributions to economic, social, political, and cultural growth. On this day, people are also reminded of women's rights and gender equality.

Recognizing the significance of Women's Day, Krishi Jagran Team has decided to honour & celebrate the enormous contribution of women in the organization’s growth, today, one day prior.

The theme for this year’s women’s day is “#BreakTheBias” which highlights the remarkable efforts made by women and girls all across the world to shape a more equal future in all areas of life.

At Krishi Jagran, we all crossed our hands to represent the theme and communicate this message.

Following that, the festivities continued with each lady receiving a present from Shiny Dominic, Director of Krishi Jagran. She expressed her appreciation for their dedication to the company and hard work.
