On Saturday, just two days before Diwali, PM Modi will engage with children through video conferencing, according to sources. 75,000 young people will receive appointment letters for positions in various ministries and government departments.

Jobs will be distributed across a variety of departments, including Banking, Customs, the Railway ministry, the Home Ministry, the Labor and Employment Ministry, the Central Industrial Security Force, and the Central Bureau of Investigation.

This will be a key step toward the Prime Minister's ongoing commitment to safeguarding citizen welfare and supplying youth with employment possibilities. According to the Prime Minister's instructions, all Ministries and Departments are operating in Mission Mode to fill open positions against authorized positions.

The 38 Ministries/Departments of the Indian Government will welcome the new joiners, who will be chosen from around the nation. The appointments, which fall into four categories: Group A, Group B (Gazetted), Group B (Non-Gazetted), and Group C, will join the government at various levels.

Central Armed Force Personnel, Sub Inspector, Constable, LDC, Steno, PA, Income Tax Inspectors, and MTS are just a few of the positions for which appointments are being made.

Ministries and Departments are doing these hirings in mission mode, either independently or through hiring organizations like the UPSC, SSC, and Railway Recruitment Board. Selection procedures have been streamlined and made tech-enabled for quick recruitment.

Additionally, other ministers from different cities will join, and all BJP MPs will participate from their respective parliamentary districts. After receiving harsh criticism for the falling employment rate, PM Modi declared in June of this year that ten lakh new jobs will be generated over the following 18 months.

Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, criticized the central government at the time, calling it a government of "maha jumlas." The Congress leader compared the recent offer of 10 lakh government employment to the pre-election promise of 2 crore jobs made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2014 by recalling that pledge.

The BJP and Prime Minister Modi have come under continual criticism from the opposition, who accuse them of "destroying" the economy and causing unemployment. Elections for the Lok Sabha and states have made employment a key campaign issue.
