Kailash Narayan Singh was only into entrepreneurship, until, in 2019 he decided to use his business skills in inland fish farming.

Kailash invested around Rs 50 lakh to set up a recirculation aquaculture system (RAS), on which he was given a 40% subsidy by the government of India. 

Trained Hundreds of Farmers

Starting in 2019, Kailash started earning profits from fish farming. He then trained numerous farmers across Uttar Pradesh in the same.

Challenges in Fish Farming

Climate change, diseases, and fall in temperature are challenges for fish farmers. Kailash has made losses because of these issues, every year.
