MoC between India and Japan Signed in Food Processing Industry

The Union Cabinet, headed by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given its approval to the Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) between India and Japan in the field of food processing sector. 

It’s Benefits:  

The Bilateral cooperation in the field of food processing between India and Japan will be mutually beneficial to both the countries. It will be profitable for the food processing sector in both these countries.  

The MoC will promote understanding of best practices in food processing in the two countries. It will also help in improving the food processing sector including the improved market access which will lead to equity and inclusiveness.  

The bilateral cooperation will also lead to the betterment of the food processing sector in the country. It will lead to the introduction of innovative techniques and processes. This beneficial cooperation will also help in increasing food processing in the country by getting access to best practices and better markets
