10 Quick Steps to Make Kesar Pista Badam Kulfi at Home

In this article we will tell you about the ingredients required for making kulfi with the complete preparation method.

Ingredients:

Flattened rice / chidwa - 1 bowl

Water - 1 glass

Sugar - 1 bowl  

Instant coffee powder - 1 tsp

Khoya - 2 tbsp

Ice-cream sticks (As per requirement)

Method to make kulfi at home:

Step1: In a mixer grinder, churn the flattened rice/chidwa into powder form & add water.

Step2: Put that paste to a kadhai on medium heat.

Step 3: Now, add a cup of sugar & half a cup of water.

Step 4: Keep stirring it.

Step 5: Then add khoya & instant coffee powder.

Step 6: Keep stirring for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.

Step 7: After paste gets thick, put it to thin glasses or a small bowls.

Step 8: Add pistachios, grated almonds, saffron strands as per your taste.

Step 9: Now, cover it with aluminium foil.

Step 10: Lastly, set the ice-cream sticks in the middle & refrigerate it overnight.
