Ankita Nagar, the 29-year-old daughter of a vegetable seller in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, has cleared the civil judge entrance exam and brought joy into her parents' lives.

Ankita Nagar said in an interview that she intended to be a doctor, but medical school was prohibitively expensive, so she began studying for the civil judge exams instead. She received a government scholarship for the majority of her education.

Ankita got the fifth position in the SC category of the Civil Judge exam, defying all odds. After finishing her studies, the scholar used to help his father market vegetables to make ends meet.

Ankita's Advice to Youngsters

During the lockdown, she had a lot more time to study. She studied by watching free lectures on YouTube. Despite receiving a government scholarship, Ankita said that she faced financial difficulties.

She added that children who do not study despite getting good privileges should concentrate on their goals. She overcame a financial issue while filling out the form during and after the lockdown. Many people advised her to marry, but her parents advised her to focus on her academics.

Ashok Nagar, Ankita's father, is a street vendor in Indore. Ashok said his family had to work hard and save money for her daughter's schooling. Ankita's parents were overjoyed upon hearing their daughter's news. They have suffered a lot and didn't have much money, but they still somehow managed to save a bit to teach their daughter Ankita.

Ankita's parents advise that people should not discriminate between sons and daughters. Her father and mother received tons of good wishes from friends and family members for Ankita's achievements. The pair has three children, two daughters, and a son. Their son has completed MBA, Ankita has studied and become a judge and their youngest daughter is married.
