Codissia Agri Intex 2018

Coimbatore is located in the northwestern part of Tamil Nadu and is the second largest city in the state in terms of population and area. It is also known by the name Kovai. The Tamil district with a pleasant climate is a hub of manufacturing, education, and healthcare. It is also a fastest growing tier II cities in India and also listed as the 93rd fastest growing city in the world. It is also a center of engineering and textile center. Coimbatore is known as "Manchester of South" and also it boasts the title of "Pump City' because it is Kovai that contributes to the manufacturing of  50% of motors and pumps used by Indians. Moreover, the city is known for its leadership in agricultural and meat production.

What is CODISSIA?

Codissia (COIMBATORE DISTRICT SMALL INDUSTRIES ASSOCIATION) is an organization, established in 1969 as a small Industries Association, CODISSIA has organized numerous popular and successful trade fair over the last 23 years.   

CODISSIA  Trade Fair Complex is Asia's largest pillar-free Hall constructed over a 40-acre property with an exhibition area of over 2 Lakh Square Feet. CODISSIA is the one and only District Level Association in the whole of India to have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with (VDMA) Plant and Machinery Manufacturers Association / Bavarian Section of West Germany.  

AGRI INTEX

Agri Intex is an event by Codissia Intec Technology Center. Agri Intex will be held from 13th to 16th July at CODISSIA TRADE FAIR COMPLEX.  AGRI INTEX is geared up to mark its 18th edition. In retrospect, successful 17 editions, over 1 lakh business and industry visitors, more than 400 exhibitors, 750 booths, 300 product categories and trade turnover in excess of Rs.1,000 million in all its past editions. AGRI INTEX has witnessed the overwhelming response from the industry and all trade.
