• Equatorial Indian Ocean: A cyclonic circulation formed off the Sumatra coast and adjoining South Andaman Sea at lower tropospheric levels on November 21. This system is expected to evolve into a low-pressure area over the southeast Bay of Bengal by November 23, intensifying into a depression over the central parts of the south Bay of Bengal within two days.

• Comorin Area: Another cyclonic circulation is currently active in the Comorin region and surrounding areas, contributing to localized weather changes.
