Herbicides
Certain herbicides have been banned in several regions and countries due to concerns that they are harmful to humans, pets, and other wildlife. Herbicides are frequently seen as necessary for growing large crops or controlling invasive plants. Herbicide is derived from the Latin roots "herba", which means "grass, turf, or vegetation," and the suffix "-cide", which means "killer." They are also known as weedkillers.
