Finger Millet (Ragi)

Pearl Millet (Bajra)

  • Due to Bajra's minimal impact on blood sugar levels, it is the highest consumed grain in India and has incredible benefits too.

Barnyard Millet (Sanwa)

  • It is also known as the Japanese millet which is rich in minerals, zinc, vitamins, and potassium that help to maintain a healthy body

  • It is also a source of dietary fibre and is perfect for lowering the risk of diabetes naturally.

Sorghum Millet (Jowar)

  • It is a gluten-free, low-glycemic index grain that is extremely effective for controlling diabetes and boosting heart health.

Foxtail Millet (Kakum or Kangni)

  • This grain is abundant in vitamin B12 and also has a minimal impact on blood sugar levels which helps in managing blood sugar levels productively.
