As GBO – JMGS-I- Graduation in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. Of India. The candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he/she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering.

IT Officer As Specialist in JMGS-I: 4-year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation.

Selection Process:

The selection process involves an online test, group discussions, and personal interview.

Bank of India Exam Pattern:

  • The test will use computers (CBT).
  • Each wrong answer will receive a negative grade of 0.25 marks.
  • The exams will be offered in both English and Hindi, with the exception of the Test of English Language and the English Descriptive paper.

Stage 2- Group Discussion:

  • Group Discussion will be conducted only for the candidates selected through online test.
  • Total marks allotted for Group Discussion will be 40.

Category- Minimum Qualifying Marks

General/ EWS- 40 %

SC/ST/OBC/PWD- 35%

Stage 3- interview

  • Only those candidates who are chosen in Stage 2 will be interviewed, i.e. (Group Discussion).
  • There will be 60 total marks awarded for the interview.
