The ICAR-National Bureau of Soil Survey and Land Use Planning cordially invites candidates to participate in a walk-in interview scheduled for 02.04.2024 at 11:00 AM. This interview aims to recruit one Young Professional-I for the esteemed Crop Diversification Project on a contractual basis at Amravati Road, Nagpur-440033. Here are the details:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduation degree or diploma in Agricultural Sciences, Engineering, or Technology. "Agricultural Sciences" encompasses a broad spectrum of fields, including but not limited to Crop Science, Horticulture Science, Natural Resource Management (NRM) disciplines, Animal Science, Veterinary Sciences, Fisheries Sciences, Agriculture Engineering, Agriculture Extension, and Agriculture Education.

  • Candidates aged between 21 - 45 years are eligible to apply, with relaxation available as per the rules.

Reporting time: 11.00 am

Tenure

  • Young Professional-I position, Nagpur District, with a duration of three years or until the termination of the project, whichever occurs first.

  • Young Professional-I position, Chhindwara District, with a tenure of two years or until the conclusion of the project, whichever comes first.

Monthly Remuneration

Rs. 30,000/- p.m.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will undergo a selection process based on their performance in the interview, with final decisions made by the Director of ICAR-NBSS&LUP, located on Amravati Road, Nagpur-440033.

  • Interested and eligible candidates are requested to bring along their application on plain paper, complete with a passport-sized photograph affixed to the application. 

  • Additionally, candidates must provide attested copies of their mark sheets and certificates. Original certificates must be presented during the interview process. 

  • Applicants should also furnish a comprehensive CV containing their name, father's/husband's name, date of birth, indication of SC/ST/OBC status, academic qualifications, research experience, publications (if applicable), correspondence address, contact number, and any other relevant details.
