Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:
- Model mix scheduling adherence and monthly production plan delivery in accordance with sales requirements.
- Coordination with supply chain and sourcing to ensure timely material availability for efficient production by identifying key components.
- Delivering finished goods on time will help you hit your sales goals by understanding what the market needs.
- Conducting ECN (Engg change note) trials for new components so released by RandD to achieve quality, CRE, avoid failure
- Conducting Obsolescence which may arise due to these ECN’s (scrap note provided by RandD. Involvement in line trials and SOVP(Start of volume production) of new models and variants.
- By implementing projects and actions on essential consumables, you can monitor and control the cost of consumables and reach your variable cost targets.
- Timely delivery of spare parts to SPD for inhouse parts by understanding market requirement.
