Essential Qualification: Three-year Graduate degree in Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/ Food Chemistry/ Food Science and Technology/ Food Science and Nutrition/ Biochemistry, or allied disciplines. Experience: Minimum one year of work experience in relevant subject. Desirable: Experience in novel product development, biochemical techniques, biostatistics, etc. |
5% increment on initial emoluments after every two years based on performance |

Age Limit: As per ICMR guidelines (relaxation as per norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Women candidates)

Nature of Employment: Purely contractual, initially for one year or up to the duration of the project (whichever is earlier). May be extended yearly based on satisfactory performance.

Terms: No claim for regular appointment shall be entertained. Position is co-terminus with the project.
