Division of Genetics, ICAR-IARI is inviting applications for the post of Senior Research Fellow and Scientific Administrative Assistant under the DBT and ICAR-funded projects on a contractual basis. Here are the details:

Consortia for Research Platform (CRP) in Biofortification in selected Crops for nutritional security (rice) 

Master’s degree in Genetics/Plant Breeding/Biotechnology/Life Sciences subject with 4 or 5 years of Bachelor's Degree. Candidates having a Post-graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years of Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Master's degree should have NET qualifications. 

Rs. 31,000/- per month

Scientific Administrative Assistant

(No. of Vacancies - 02) 

A National mission mode program on nutritional improvement of digestible protein content and quality in rice

Graduate degree in any discipline.

Desirable qualifications: Working experience in rice-related fields and lab operations. 

Rs. 18,000/- per month

Age Limit:

The maximum age is 35 years for both of these posts.
