ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Buffaloes (CIRB) in Hisar, Haryana, is inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for the position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under the NASF project, “Evaluation of Semen Characteristics and Fertility Parameters of Clone Progenies - Phase II,” purely on a contractual basis. One year only OR co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier

 

Qualifications  and Eligibility

  • Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Physiology, Animal Genetics and Breeding, Biochemistry, Reproduction, Microbiology, or Life Sciences with a 4-year/5-year Bachelor's Degree. 

  • Postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences having a 3-year Bachelor's Degree and a 2-year Master’s Degree should have NET/GATE qualification along with 2 years of research experience. 

  • Experience in cell/embryo/tissue culture, semen biology, or molecular biology is required.

Age limit: The candidate must be between the age group of 35 years to 40 years.

Monthly Remuneration 

Rs. 31,000/- per month for year 1 and 2 and Rs. 35, 000 from year 3

Selection Procedure

Final selection will be based on the qualification, eligibility and the performance in the interview.
