Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree in Agriculture with specialization in Agronomy, Soil Science, Microbiology, or Horticulture, from a recognized university.

Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a 4-year/5-year bachelor’s degree is also acceptable.

Those with a postgraduate degree in basic sciences and a 3-year Bachelor’s degree or a 2-year Master’s degree should have NET qualifications.

Additionally, candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in organic farming and cropping system research, with proficiency in analyzing soil, plant, and seed samples. Basic knowledge of computers and data analysis is required.

The maximum age limit is 35 years for men and 40 years for women, with age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government rules.
Monthly Remuneration
Rs. 31,000/- per month+HRA
