ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi, invites eligible candidates to participate in a walk-in interview on 18th October 2024, at 10:00 AM for two contractual positions under the ICAR-funded scheme, “E-Granth Library Strengthening (Strengthening & Development of Higher Agricultural Education).” The appointment will be temporary, valid up to 31st March 2025 or until the scheme's conclusion, whichever comes first. These positions do not guarantee any claim for regular appointments under ICAR.
1. Young Professional I (YP-I)

Emoluments: Rs. 30,000 per month (fixed).
2. Young Professional II (YP-II)

Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, MCA, or equivalent from a recognized university.

Desirable Skills: Experience with open-source software such as DSpace for digitization, content management, or digital library management, as well as knowledge of data mining techniques.

Emoluments: Rs. 42,000 per month (fixed).
