Agricultural Knowledge Management Unit, ICAR- Indian Agricultural Research Institute is inviting applications for the position of Young Professionals under the scheme “E-Granth Library Strengthening (Strengthening & Development of Higher Agricultural Education)” on a contractual basis. Essential qualifications: First division Bachelor’s degree 

Desirable qualifications: Knowledge  Information Technology and software related to data analysis  

Rs. 30,000/- per month

Young Professional

(YP-2) 

 01 vacancy

Essential qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science / MCA or equivalent Master’s degree from a recognized university Desirable qualifications: Work experience in application of open source software such as Dspace etc. in digitization and content

management and / or Digital library management. Also should have knowledge in data mining technique

Rs. 42,000/- per month

Age Limit

Minimum age is 21 years and Maximum age limit is 35 years. 

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance at the time of interview.

  • Interested candidates can directly attend the Walk-in-Interview on October 18, 2024 at the Agricultural Knowledge Management Unit, L.B.S. Building, Pusa, New Delhi - 110021  

  • The reporting time will be 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
