2nd Edition of Exhibition and Conference on Agri-Technology & Innovation to be Held in February

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) together with the Prof. Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University (PJTSAU) will organize the 2nd edition of AGRI TECH SOUTH, a three-day exhibition that aims at achieving sustainable growth in agricultural sector and a two-day annual conference on the latest developments in Agriculture, AGRIVISION.

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) together with the Prof. Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University (PJTSAU) will organize the 2nd edition of AGRI TECH SOUTH, a three-day exhibition that aims at achieving sustainable growth in agricultural sector and a two-day annual conference on the latest developments in Agriculture, AGRIVISION.

The event is scheduled to be held from 14th to 16th February 2020 and the Government of Telangana will be the Host State Partner.

The event will have 2 components i.e. Exhibition and Conference.

Exhibition will showcase all the latest developments on broad themes like;

  • Farm Mechanization & Agriculture Implements

  • Digital Agriculture, IOT, AI & Drones

  • Post-harvest Management & Food Processing

  • Fertilizers & Seeds

  • E-NAM, Insurance & Marketing

  • Micro-irrigation & Integrated Farming Systems

The Theme Sessions at the Conference includes:

  • Digital Agriculture

  • Combating Climate Change

  • Robotics & Automation

  • Farm Mechanization

  • Advances in Horticulture, Animal based Agriculture

  • FPOs, organic farming & Hydroponics

  • Food Processing &Post-Harvest management

Live demos will include demonstrations on Drones, Greenhouses, Irrigation methods and  Agriculture machinery & implements. Around 150 plus stalls are expected for the Exhibition and over 50 key speakers from across India will take part in the Conference.
