Brazil is Confident to Meet Increase in Global Food Demand

Brazilian agribusiness has undergone great evolution, transforming the country into the largest agricultural trade balance in the world. The projections for the main agricultural commodities in terms of production, domestic consumption and exports confirm that Brazil has full condition to meet the rise in global demand for food. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply projections for the next ten years, Brazil will expand its participation in the International Market.

Brazilian agribusiness has undergone great evolution, transforming the country into the largest agricultural trade balance in the world. The projections for the main agricultural commodities in terms of production, domestic consumption and exports confirm that Brazil has full condition to meet the rise in global demand for food. 

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply projections for the next ten years, Brazil will expand its participation in the International Market. 

The 10-members delegation comprising of the Association of the Brazilian Cattle Breeders (ABCZ) and their Associates is on their visit to India. The ABCZ's mission is promoting sustainable growth in the industry. The work of the association goes far beyond the Genealogical Registry Service of the zebu. It promotes the dissemination of information and technologies related to pasture improvement, including the ILPF system, the democratization of bovine genetics for small and medium breeders through the financed sale of sires with government support.
