FREE Residential Training on Agricultural Entrepreneurship and Cultivation; Check Details

With a big initiative towards farmer’s development, the Small Industries Product Promotion Organization (SIPPO), along with the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management, Hyderabad, will be organizing a 45-day free residential professional training program on agricultural entrepreneurship, agricultural-clinics and agricultural business centers.

With a big initiative towards farmer’s development, the Small Industries Product Promotion Organization (SIPPO), along with the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management, Hyderabad, will be organizing a 45-day free residential professional training program on agricultural entrepreneurship, agricultural-clinics and agricultural business centers. 

As reported, those who attend the training will learn about mushroom farming, organic farming, vegetable cultivation, dairy farming, vegetable preservation, poultry farming, fruit cultivation, storage and warehousing, fish farming, fruits preservation, and cold storage. 

The farmers will get practical exposure to agriculture and allied businesses, marketing, accounts, and finance. They will also be taken on industrial visits for hands-on experience. 

The host also announced that those who are interested in beginning businesses after completing the training program will receive loans ranging from ₹5 lakh to ₹20 lakh. 

Students with Bachelor of Sciences degrees, including those in Chemistry, Botany, Agriculture, Rural Development Sciences and Zoology and Bachelor of Engineering courses that are allied to agriculture, will be eligible to apply for the program and should have secured a minimum of 55% through their collegiate education.
