Good News! Govt Announces 75% Subsidy on Agricultural Equipments

The good news is waiting for the farmers of Bihar! Recently Bihar Government has announced that they will make the farmers’ farming even easier. As per reports, the government of Bihar has announced a 75% subsidy on all major Agricultural equipment for the farmers through which they can earn more yield than before. Now the farmers will have zero hindrance in buying agricultural equipment, says an official.

The good news is waiting for the farmers of Bihar! Recently Bihar Government has announced that they will make the farmers’ farming even easier. As per reports, the government of Bihar has announced a 75% subsidy on all major Agricultural equipment for the farmers through which they can earn more yield than before. Now the farmers will have zero hindrance in buying agricultural equipment, says an official.

How much will be the Subsidy?

As per reports, farmers will be given a maximum subsidy of 25,000 Rs. on Seed Drill (Agro Machinery). On the other hand, farmers will get the benefit of Rs. 80 thousand to 1.75 million rupees on agricultural equipment that have a subsidy of 75 percent. Apart from this, a maximum of Rs. 82000 will be given on harvester torches and Rs. 1 lakh 57 thousand will be offered on 8 feet super seeders. Moreover, the government announces Rs. 1.5 lakh on 7 feet machine and up to 1 lakh 42000 rupees on 6 feet machines to the farmers.

SC, ST will Get 5 percent Additional Benefit

The government has increased the amount of subsidy on seed drill by 5 percent more and the remaining four agricultural types of equipment will get 75 percent subsidy. The special thing is that SC, ST or other backward class farmers will be given a 5 percent increase in the amount of subsidy.

Moreover, the Department of Agriculture is insisting on the process of mechanization. This is for the first time that the farmers of the state are getting subsidy on new equipment. The main aim of this agriculture scheme is to make farmers farming easier, as well as the process of sowing and saplings for the farmers, which can also be simplified. 

There are more than 2000 harvesters in the state of Bihar. Although there are instruments for harvesting and plowing, farmers still have to depend on laborers for plowing or harvesting. Hence, the government of Bihar has taken this major decision to solve the major problems of farmers.
