HDFC’s e-Kisaan Dhan App offers These Facilities to Farmers; Details Inside

HDFC Bank on Tuesday (30^th June 2020) has launched the ‘e-Kisaan Dhan' app for farmers all over the country. Through this app the farmers will be able to access many services, both banking as well as agriculture, via their mobile phones.

In other words, we can say this app is a one stop solution for all the information required by the farmers for agriculture practices.

'e-Kisaan Dhan’ will give you value-added services like current mandi prices, weather forecast, latest farming news/updates, SMS advisory, information on seed varieties, e-pashuhaat, Kisan TV etc.

Farmers can also avail numerous banking services like taking loans, opening of Bank accounts, calculate KCC loan eligibility online, insurance facilities and acquiring Government social security schemes/programmes at their fingertips.

The app will also help users with traditional banking services like apply for loans, Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits.

Currently the app is available in English but very soon it will be launched in other Indian languages.
