Lakhs of Families to get FREE RATION Under One Nation One Ration Card; Know the Easiest Way to Apply

One Nation One Ration Card: Amid corona pandemic, lakhs of people have lost their livelihood and the economy is going through a crisis. In such a situation, the central and state governments have declared to give free ration to the needy people.

The government announced that under One Nation One Ration Card, people can take ration in free of cost by staying in any state. The Gehlot government of Rajasthan has made a special announcement regarding the same.

The Chief Minister of Rajasthan has said that 4 lakh 14 thousand needy families of the state facing economic crisis will be given free food grains as food security. Under which, 10 kg of wheat will be given to every person and 1 kg of lentils will be made available free to every family. It is to be noted that although the state is distributing free rations, but still there are many such needy families who are not getting it.

In this regard, a survey was conducted by the state government from July 22 to August 15. According to it, 15 lakh 36 thousand 28 persons of 4 lakh 14 thousand 303 families had registered in the state. Thus, the state government has issued a directive to give them free ration.

The second big move by CM Ashok Gehlot is that an additional Krishi Vigyan Kendra has been approved in Pali district. It is being said that the proposal to allot about 120 bighas of land on token money has been approved for the establishment of this center. Under which, 82.18 bighas of land will be allotted in Raipur village and 37.02 bighas of land in Lucky Talab village.

• Step 1- There are several websites and links to apply for ration card that is dependent upon the state a person lives in.

• Step 2- The interested individual needs to go to the website of his state and apply for the ration card.

• Step 3- He/she needs to download the application form from the official page.

• Step 4- Once downloading is done, fill in all your personal details & other required information.

• Step 5- Now upload all the documents.

• Step 6- Then click on “apply online” button.
