Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has always been a trend-setting celebrity. From his unique game strategy to his hobbies, MS Dhoni has always amazed us. After a successful cricketing career of almost 16 years, he took retirement from International Cricket.

Since then, MS Dhoni is seen indulging in organic farming. He owns a farm named “Eeja” located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. It has been spread on 43 acres, with strawberry, capsicum, dragon fruit, watermelon, muskmelon, peas and other vegetables being cultivated in it.

On the occasion of Holi, former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni's agricultural farm, 'Eeja,' has been opened to the public for three days.

"On the occasion of Holi, we have chosen to open the farm for three days so that people can observe and understand how farming is done and agricultural knowledge can be imparted," said Raushan Kumar, MS Dhoni's Agricultural Advisor.

"We have created an integrated farming system in this farm, which includes all agriculture-related components; dairy, poultry, fishery, agriculture, and shortly beekeeping and mushrooms will be added to the list" he added.

People can pluck and take fresh veggies directly from the farms over these three days, according to the Agricultural Advisor.

"Visitors are free to pick their own fresh vegetables from the farm. We're giving out an extra strawberry box with the purchase of one to encourage individuals" the Agricultural Advisor stated.

Visitors, on the other hand, appeared to appreciate their visit to the farm, learning more about agriculture and tasting fresh veggies from Dhoni's farm.

"I really enjoyed my visit to 'Eeja' farm as it is so huge and has a variety of vegetables and fruits. I got to know a lot about agriculture and farming. I tasted peas, capsicum, strawberry over here and it was really fresh and good," a visitor said.
