Farmers must immediately check beneficiary status to know when they will get money

Prime Minister Narendra Modi transferred the 12th installment of Rs. 2000 to 8 crores farmers in the country last week. However, there are many farmers who were not sent the money.

According to media reports, these PM Kisan beneficiaries will receive Rs. 2000 on or before November 30, 2022.

The government will transfer the 12th installment to the remaining farmers in November. Hence before that, all the farmers must complete the necessary work including land seeding. They can get their documents updated at the nearest agriculture department office or CSC center.

Besides this, farmers who haven’t completed PM Kisan e-KYC were also not given the money last week. Therefore, if you have still not done the e-KYC then do it as early as possible so that government can transfer Rs. 2000 to your account before 30 November.

The central government is taking strict action to stop the fraud and scams that took place in the last few months under the scheme. Lakhs of ineligible people in the country took benefit of this government scheme by submitting fake documents. To prevent this, the government introduced eKYC system.

How to Check Beneficiary status and correct details

  • Go to PM Kisan official website

  • After this, click on Beneficiary Status at the farmers’ corner section on the homepage.

  • Enter your registered mobile number and fill the captcha & finally submit it.

  • After knowing the status of your application, you can do the necessary correction to it and then submit it.

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was started by the Central Government in 2019 with the aim to help farmers financially and increase their income. Till now, the government has transferred 12 installments to over 11 crore farmers in the country.
