PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: Easiest Way to Know Whether You Will Get Next Installment or Not

If you have applied for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi but have not received any installment (financial help) till now, then you can find out whether you will get the money or not just by making one phone call. It must be noted that PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is one of the best government schemes for farmers. Under this scheme, government gives Rs. 6000 per year to each farmer in three equal installments. So far, more than nine crore farmers have got the benefit of this government scheme.

During the lockdown due to Covid-19 pandemic, Modi Government had deposited Rs. 2000 in the farmers' account as the fifth installment of PM Kisan Scheme, which was also the first installment of this financial year. The PM-Kisan sixth or second installment of this year is ready and will probably start coming from August 1.

Actually, despite being eligible, if you have not received the benefit of PM Kisan yojana, then there may be some problem in your documents, like your name in Aadhaar card may be different from that in bank account. Hence you can correct this mistake and take benefit of this scheme by following the steps given below;

Step 1 - Go to the official website of PM-Kisan Scheme -pmkisan.gov.in/.

Step 2- Search Farmer Corner at the homepage menu and click on the Edit Aadhaar Details option.

Step 3 - Now enter your Aadhaar number here.

Step 4 - After this enter a captcha code

Step 5 – Click the submit button.

Note -  If your name is wrong only then you will be able to rectify it online. If there is any other mistake, then you will have to contact the Department of Agriculture.
