PM Kisan Yojana: Big Updates on PM Kisan 11th Installment and eKYC
Aadhaar-based e-KYC has been resumed on PM Kisan website hence you can easily do it from your mobile or laptop sitting at home. If you want your next installment without any problem, then complete your work before May 31.
We have two important pieces of news for the beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana. Now you will not have to go to Aadhaar Seva Kendras for completing your e-KYC. If your mobile number is linked with your Aadhaar then you can complete e-KYC sitting at home through OTP from your mobile or laptop.
The Aadhaar based OTP authentication on the PM Kisan website that was postponed for a few days has been started again. However, you can also approach the nearest CSC centers for biometric authentication.
e-KYC must be completed before May 31
Currently, crores of farmers in the country are eagerly waiting for the next installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana but if they do not complete e-KYC then Government will not transfer Rs 2000 to their account. As Aadhaar-based e-KYC has been resumed on PM Kisan website you can easily do it from your mobile or laptop sitting at home. Hence if you want your next installment without any problem, then complete your work before May 31.
How to Complete e-KYC
Step 1 - For this, first open pmkisan.gov.in on your mobile or laptop. On the homepage of PM Kisan Portal, click on e-KYC link. Then enter your Aadhaar number and tap on the search button.
Step 2 - Now enter the mobile number linked to Aadhaar in it. After this, a 4 digit OTP will come on your mobile number. Type it in the box provided.
Step 3 - Now you will be asked to click on the button for Aadhaar authentication. Another 6-digit OTP will come on your Aadhaar linked mobile number. Enter and submit it.
If everything is fine then your eKYC will be completed or else an Invalid message will come. If this happens then your installment may get delayed. You can get it rectified at the nearest Aadhar Seva Kendra. If
11th installment update
As per various reports, the 11th installment is likely to come in the first or second week of May. Last year (2021) the installment was released on 14th May hence this year also the government can transfer the money to farmers’ account in the first half of the month.
Campaign started to increase farmer enrollment for PM Kisan Yojana
The district administrations in Mandya and Mysuru (Karnataka) have called for increasing the registration as well as enrollment of farmers under PM Kisan Samman Yojana in the two districts.
