Raj Kapoor, India Representative of the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC), highlighted the significance of blueberries in shifting dietary habits, stating, “Blueberries are not just a trend; they represent a commitment to healthier eating. By incorporating blueberries into our culinary practices, we elevate our products and enhance community health.”

Prominent figures in the baking sector, including Dr. Shalini Sehgal, President of the Association of Food Scientists and Technologists in India (AFSTI), and D.V. Malhan, President of the Society of Indian Bakers, shared their insights on integrating U.S. blueberries into traditional recipes.

The event also featured a compelling webinar led by Michelle Tittl, Product Development Manager at CuliNEX, who showcased the versatility of blueberry ingredients, captivating the audience with practical applications in both traditional and modern recipes.
