A two-day training on “Commercial production of Vegetable and Fruit Products” will be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on 26.4.2022 and 27.4.2022 between 09.30 A.M and 5.00 P.M. Training will be given on the different processing technologies.

Processing Technologies:

  • Dehydrated vegetables and fruits

  • Mixed fruit jam

  • Squash

  • Ready to serve beverages

  • Pickles

  • Tomato ketchup

  • Candy

  • Fruit bar

How To Participate in Training?

Interested persons have to pay Rs.1770.00(1500/- + GST 18% ) – (Rupees One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy only) in the form of a demand draft drawn in favor of Professor and Head, CPHT payable at Coimbatore and should be sent to the Professor and Head, Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore – 641003
