Now, the good news is Finance Minister announced that the government has issued Kisan Credit Card (KCC) to 25 lakh farmers in the last 2 months and in the coming days, 2.5 crore new Kisan Credit Card will be issued for the farmers. A decision has been taken to release up to Rs 2 lakh crore by them.
2.5 Crore New Kisan Credit Card Issued
Nirmala Sitharaman has made it clear that 2.5 crore farmers will get loans up to Rs 2 lakh crore on KCC. During the last 3 months, around 3 crore farmers were given loans of about 4.2 lakh crores at cheaper rates.
KCC Loan is provided without Guarantee
She said that the government had already abolished all the processing fees (KCC Waive off Processing Fees other Charges), inspection & laser folio charges levied on the KCC. Besides, farmers get money at 4% interest rate. However earlier, the farmer used to get a loan of Rs 1 lakh without this guarantee, which has been increased to Rs 1.60 lakh.
The minister said that the government is paying full attention to improve the standard of living of the poor & workers. A concessional loan of Rs 3.22 lakh crore to 3 crore farmers has been given by the government. Adding to it, now farmers will get the benefit of interest rebate for 3 months.
How to apply for Kisan Credit Card (KCC)?

It is to be noted that only the customers who have opened an account in PM Kisan Samman Nidhi can take advantage of this government scheme of KCC.

Now, download the form of Kisan Credit Card (KCC).

On the official site homepage, click on the option of download KCC form.

After downloading the form, fill it with the documents of your land & details of the crop.

It must be declared that the farmers have not got any other kisan credit card made from any other bank or branch.
