How much will be the license application fee?

The application fee for a Retail License for the sale of fertilizers has been fixed at Rs 1250.

The application fee for the Wholesale License has been fixed at Rs 2250.

The fee for the sales license has been fixed at Rs 1000.

The fee for license renewal has been fixed at Rs 500.
How to Get a License to sell Fertilizers & seeds?

To get the license, first of all you have to register your Aadhar card by visiting the DBT Portal of Agriculture Department.

Then go to its official website (http://upagriculture.com/) and fill all the information asked in the application form properly.

After this, scan and upload all the necessary documents as well.

When the application is complete, take a printout of its hard copy.

Then submit that hard copy to the concerned office within a week.

After that the process will be started by the department.

Then within a month of submitting the hard copy, the applicant will either get the license.
Apply Without a Degree Like This
10th pass youth can also apply to get its license. They just have to first take 15 days training from the Agriculture Department.
Eligibility for Seed & Fertilizer Selling License
For this the age of the applicant has been fixed from minimum 18 to maximum 45 years. However, in this the maximum age limit of an employee retired from the state, central, board or corporation has been kept at 65 years.
