Allflex Livestock Intelligence Announces Opening of Manufacturing Facility in India
Allflex Livestock Intelligence on 6 November 2019 announced the opening of a new manufacturing, packaging and warehousing facility in Gurugram, India, for the manufacture of animal identification visual ear tags for India and export to other countries in the Asia Pacific Region. The company’s animal identification business develops and markets visual ear tags (VID) that contain printed identification numbers unique to the animal or the farm, helping dairy farmers and producers track animal traceability and proof of ownership as well as comply with government regulations. The fully operational site has received a factory license from the Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, Labour Department in Haryana, Chandigarh, which will allow the company to continue its manufacturing operations.
