National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention

National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention or NACWC is an office in Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, established on 29 April 1997 by a resolution of the Cabinet and was later accorded a statutory status through Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000.

National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention or NACWC is an office in Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, established on 29 April 1997 by a resolution of the Cabinet and was later accorded a statutory status through Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000. The NACWC, inter alia, serves as the primary liaison to the OPCW from the Indian government, manages routine inspections, oversaw the destruction of India’s chemical weapons.

National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC) releases a Public Notice regarding the requirements to submit Declaration’s to the NACWC. The deadline for submissions Jan. 1, 2021 to Feb. 1, 2021 for online submissions.
