1. Instant remedy for acidity, indigestion, and stomachache

You must have listened about this from your grandmother. Whenever you experience acidity, indigestion, and stomachache, Ajwain and salt consumed with water, works as an instant stomachache reliever. It possesses mild alcoholic qualities and active enzymes in it help in releasing gastric juices and treats acidity and indigestion.

2. Cures Common Cold and Cough

Ajwain cures nasal blockage and improves airflow. It also gives relief from coughing. Along with these, Ajwain also cures respiratory issues. It can be consumed with jaggery or honey for that. Inhaling grind Ajwain also works well for respiratory issues by making breathing patterns easier and also cures migraine headaches.
